The guide David is rude and not polite. Besides, the tour should start at 10:00, we arrived 09:56, so 4 min before the tour starts, and we didnt find the group because the guide was with its umbrella closed and hided, so we looked for 10min searching for the purple umbrella to finally find it.
We loved the tour with Manuel! We learned a lot about the history of Florence.
