Free walking tours in Fukuoka

A wonderful journey. I really enjoyed meeting Yohei and Maya who also joined the tour. Beautiful group showing me around beautiful Fukuoka

Yohei was prompt with answering my email messages. Communication was very good. He showcased a variety of places. The pretty sakura at Ohori Park, a museum, provided some history, took us to a beautiful Japanese garden, and ended with an interesting shrine. He took pictures of us and pointed out good photo stops. There were 4 of us on the tour and he evenly conversed with us all.

Yohei is a super nice man! He escorted me around the castle grounds, the ponds and an older, historical street, allowing me to learn about the history of the area.

Yohei took us to the places I wouldn't have thought of visiting. He also explained the history and significance of Fukuoka as a trading town

We had the honour of being the first tour of Yohei. It was a pleasant trip! We talked about the park and the castle, but also about life in Japan and the differences in our cultures. It was nice to talk and walk with a local. Just what we needed to make the trip to Fukuoka more memorable!

Yasmina's knowledge and enthusiasm brought us to a different side of Fukuoka! We didn't need to walk much and we explored different attractions. I appreciated the interactions and the activity proposed, with an interesting focus on Religion.

Yasmina was an awesome tour guide! She was super knowledgeable of the temples we visited and general history of Fukuoka. I learned so much from her and she also gave some great recommendations for things to do around town. Strongly recommend!
