Free Walking Tours through Old Fes

My wife and I were so happy with the tour. He introduced us to the city in such a thoughtful and engaging way. As we walked, he helped us connect what we were seeing with the stories of the past, gradually guiding us from the 19th century into the deeper layers of the city’s heritage from the 9th and 10th centuries. His light sense of humor made the experience all the more enjoyable. He welcomed questions throughout and always answered clearly and concisely, staying focused and on point. The way he used language to bring the city’s history to life was especially impressive—captivating, articulate, and full of insight.

Very good tour,takes tourists to the places they are not likely to find themselves-side streets, small fountains, old mosques we would not have noticed ourselves. Good guide, with a sense of humour, and he provides hesdphones for all group members and had a master speaker himself. It helped a lot in a busy medina and made the tour far more enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Abderrahime (Abdul) is great! He brings a lot of good energy, jokes, and knowledge. The tour was about 3 hours and I was never bored or tired. Really recommend.

This was my first guru walk. It was informative. Light hearted and pleasant. So glad I did it. Learned more in 3 hours than I would’ve in three days.

Informative, entertaining and professional. I am not normally a ‘tour’ person but I can say with certainty that my experience of the Medina wouldn’t have been this good if I did it myself. The guide is a local from Fes, who speaks perfect English. He even cracked some witty jokes! He provided a lot of insider information. He is an ex-teacher, so knew how to communicate well.
