Jose spent three hours with us; he thoroughly explained to us about the neighborhoods, and economic, political and social aspects of the city. We really enjoyed the walks.

I received a message the morning of the tour addressing me by the wrong name. When I replied to confirm that the tour was cancelled I did not receive a response. I later received a message asking me how I enjoyed the tour. I am so disappointed the tour was cancelled as I planned my day around this tour.

The tour Jose took us on was brilliant, full of information, places we would have never gone to ourselves and the sunset on the 66th floor was stunning! Defo worth doing!!

If you’re interested in culture, history of the political climate, getting steps in, facts and tidbits that could win trivia night, and a grand finale of a view, this is the activity for you! José is a wealth of knowledge and so passionate in sharing his love for Panama. He mixes in a story from the beginning and shows/explains things that just visually observing could not elucidate. He was cognizant of the various pacing of the group and did his best - it’s just difficult when there’s people with different physical ability. I loved that José took us to parts of the city that people don’t normally go just outside of Casco Viejo and pointed out beauty that was hidden in plain sight.
