It’s a MUST. What Joseph creates is not just an experience, it feels like stepping into a small, beautiful piece of Vietnamese life. The way he opens his home, shares his story, his neighbourhood, and his love for coffee makes everything feel warm, personal, and real. For a little while, it honestly feels like you’re living inside the best little café in the world. Very special.
No trip to Vietnam should go without a coffee making class. And Joseph's class is the best! He was thoroughly organized, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. He made it so much fun to learn the intricasies of coffee making.
