An excellent guide. Highly recommended.
The Walky talky was very helpful because if you lost sight of the guide you could hear him and catch up. Also, he stopped frequently and held up his flag so he could be sighted in crowds. He counted the group and waited for any missing. He showed us photos of how certain buildings looked in the past as compared to now. The hidden passages were interesting and we would certainly have missed them on our own. We appreciated recommendations as to where to eat and shop for good quality and prices. His English was very clear and easy to understand. We appreciated his sense of humour. We would absolutely recommend this tour to family and friends.
Really calm tour and fun tour. Felt like a real turk because we stopped twice. Once for turkisch tea and once for turkish coffee
Wieder einmal eine tolle Tour von GuruWalk. Das Wissen von Halil war sehr beeindruckend. Ohne ihn wären wir an den meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten vorbei gelaufen. Er hat uns mit seiner sehr angenehmen Art vom Taksim-Platz zum Galataturm geführt. Wir waren zudem auf einer fantastischen Dachterrasse mit unglaublich Blick auf Istanbul, haben einen Tee in einem besonderen Café getrunken und dann auch noch einen exzellenten türkischen Kaffee. Ich kann diese Tour nur dringend empfehlen.
