I´m sorry about the experience you received but I would like to point out that I had sent you messages beforehand on how to find me at the designated meeting point, and that I had arrived and that I had been waiting for you for 15minutes. In all those time -i did not receive any response. So, I ask that in the future as much as I must improve it would help me that visitors keep up to date on messages received to make sure no misunderstandings occur. Once again, I´m sorry for our not being able to connect
