Thank you for taking the time to review us. Unfortunately it seems the tour felt short on your expectations.
After talking with the tour guide about what have possible happened and it seems like there were some kind of miscommunication on some questions you may have had in the beginning of the tour and that you seemed to be more aside when compared to the rest of the tour group.
