Imrahn is a real guru. He was born in a house in the wealthy part or Malacca heritage town with a lot of insights about the different classes of families. A lot of information, hints and an entertaining afternoon.
Super motivierter Guide, der in Melaka aufgewachsen ist und seine Liebe zu dieser tollen Stadt mit den Gästen der Tour teilt. Trotz nachmittags Hitze hat er es zudem geschafft, dass wir 2,5 h gut überstanden haben und immer auf Schatten geachtet. Neben den typischen Sehenswürdigkeiten, ging es auch viel um die alten chinesischen Wohnhäuser, was mir persönlich am besten gefallen hat. Absolute Empfehlung!
I had an absolutely wonderful experience on this walking tour of Melaka. Our guide, Imrahntam was outstanding – exceptionally knowledgeable, engaging, and full of energy. His passion for the city was evident in every story and detail he shared, bringing Melaka’s rich history and culture vividly to life. What impressed me most was how proud he was of his city. That pride showed not only in his enthusiasm but also in the depth of insight he provided – from historic events and architecture to the cultural influences that shaped Melaka. He didn’t just recite facts; he made the city’s past and present feel alive and meaningful. The pace of the tour was perfect, allowing plenty of time to soak in the surroundings while enjoying his explanations. By the end, I walked away with a much deeper appreciation of Melaka, and I credit that entirely to the passion and professionalism of Imrahntam. I cannot recommend this walking tour highly enough. If you want to truly understand Melaka through the eyes of someone who loves and treasures it, this is the tour to take!
