Licenciado en Lengua y Literatura Inglesas, tuve muchas experiencias profesionales en la industria del turismo antes de obtener la certificación como guía turística oficial del Ministerio de Turismo de Túnez en 2011. Durante la última década, mis actividades independientes me han llevado de un lugar fascinante a experiencia a la siguiente: desde trabajar como traductor y guía hasta recibir invitados oficiales como parlamentarios extranjeros y líderes corporativos. Tengo un muy buen conocimiento de la historia y la cultura mediterránea, pero sobre todo habilidades de comunicación excepcionales y un placer compartir mis conocimientos y mi pasión por la historia. Mis áreas de especialización incluyen historia cultural, arte, arquitectura, arqueología, artes culinarias y fotografía. Hablo inglés, francés, italiano y árabe. Llevo a los huéspedes a barrios desconocidos, zonas históricas, calles y restaurantes y los llevo a una búsqueda del tesoro de comida, arte y música local en Túnez. Soy un amante de Túnez, tengo el deseo de saber más sobre nuestra historia, nuestra cultura, nuestro idioma, nuestras artes y especialmente nuestra comida. It was good, the start and ending was a bit rocky, and wasn't communicated clearly, but maybe it's awkward to do so, anyway I loved the carthage site and being led by a tour guide was definitely helpful.
I arrived 20 mins earlier and sent a message 10 minutes prior to the meeting time of my location, I went online constantly to see if any messages had come through but none had, inwas co standby looking around and saw no one. I waited 10 minutes after but still nothing. A waste of a trip!!
Ahmed is a great tour guide. He is a local from Tunis. Well informed and educated in the fascinating history of Tunisia and the role of Tunisian Muslims in the world. We really enjoyed the tour and the fascinating history of Tunisia. I highly recommend a walking tour with Ahmed.
We had a great tour with Ahmed! It was really enjoyable, despite the heat! He was brilliant communicating with us before the tour started. He was really knowledgeable and gave us a lot of details about the area. Would definitely recommend!
