Though I tried to contact you on WhatsApp, I contacted you through the Guruwalk portal 2 weeks prior the tour to let you know that I wasn't going to be able. You can check the group messages and see the date of the message. I do not have any problems to accept any critics, but this from yours is inadmissible. Also, it seems that you have never read the description of my tour as it is written that in order to confirm, I ask for the courtesy to confirm assistance through the Guruwalk portal or through WhatsApp. Which you didn't do. All the time a message is sent to the group, the people inside gets a message, so there is no excuse for not having seen my message from 2 WEEKS AGO. So, I invite you to recognise your mistake, but also invite you to see all the positive critics that make me one of the most recommended Tourguides in Guruwalk.
