Reta was great! He was friendly, caring, aware, genuine and informative. We had coffee, visited the piazza and the Mercato. Highly recommend booking with Reta. Note you will need some money for taxi from mall to piazza and back, meeting point was a little out of the centre. Thank you Reta and good luck - hope you get to Arsenal

Reta was knowledgeable and thorough. He was our guide and protector! He helped us with our purchases and kept us safe the entire time. He even accompanied us back to our hotel in the taxi. Great service!
Awesome guide. He did his job even when others in the group had their own agenda. He did not force anyone to purchase anything, but helped attendees to make purchases by negotiating with vendors. He is an excellent guide.
