This tour is exactly as described and is very well done. Aubie (apologies if misspelled) really knows his stuff. He knows the history. He knows the culture. He knows the religion. He knows the neighborhood. He knows the academic stuff. He knows the pop culture stuff. He knows what's going on on a day-to-day basis. He's very knowledgeable. He's very clear in how he expresses himself. He's very easy to follow and the neighborhood is interesting. The path is interesting. He goes at a reasonable pace. He makes sure you can stop and get a water break and a bathroom break. It was extremely well done. Very interesting, exactly what I signed up for based on the description. Highly recommend both the tour and him!

David is extremely knowledgeable and has put together a great tour. He has selected interesting and fun facts and narratives along with his own personal experiences of Brooklyn. His delivery is passionate and he also engages people by asking relevant questions. We were able to visit many sites as he keeps things moving while also answering questions thoroughly and efficiently. David's analysis and the sites he has selected demonstrate interesting contrasts and continuities among various time periods and cultures as well as architectural styles and cultural expressions from both an historical and contemporary lens. I highly recommend his tour!
