Oscar is personable and provides a lot of information about Montevideo and Uruguay. He's passionate about the city he lives in. We enjoyed the walking tour with Oscar.
Considering the weather, I found the walking tour of Montevideo enjoyable, as well as being very informative. Oscar was very enthusiastic about the places that we visited. The tour was slightly shorter than normal because of heavy rain. I was, however, pleased that Oscar was happy to continue and would like to thank him for showing me different parts of the city.
Oscar provided an excellent tour of Montevideo for us. He focuses on explaining Uruguay's history and the evolution of the Montevideo architecture.
