Malik

Wir hatten das große Glück nur zu zweit mit Malik zu sein. Malik gab uns eine spannende und super interessante Führung durch das Fort. Wir waren beeindruckt, wie gut Malik alle unsere Fragen beantworten konnte und über welchen großen Wissensschatz er verfügt. Insbesondere kannte er sich auch sehr gut in der europäischen Geschichte aus, die notwendig ist, um die Geschichte zum Fort zu verstehen. Die Führung mit Malik war definitiv ein Highlight in unserer Reise und können wir mit besten Gewissen weiterempfehlen!

Had an amazing tour of Galle guided by Malik, we were lucky enough to get a tour just for the two of us! Malik is extremely knowledgeable and answered all our questions about the history of Sri Lanka, the culture and even gave us recommendations for the next parts of our journey. Malik was the perfect guide! If you are in Galle, you must take the time for this tour, as you will learn not only about the city, but about Sri Lanka, its history and its rich diversity and culture. Malik was informative and knowledgeable, and he managed to be engaging and entertaining during the nearly 3h we walked around Galle's fort. He answered all the questions we posed (and we asked many). We enjoyed talking with him, learning more about Sri Lankan history and its people. During the tour, Malik's love for his country and optimism for its future is palpable, but still with a critical understanding on certain events. Thanks for sharing it with us!
