Hallo, ich bin Malik aus Galle, Sri Lanka. Ich arbeite als Tourkoordinator und gleichzeitig als Touristenfahrer für meine direkten Kunden. We waited for the guide to arrive and he didn't. We contacted them through the app with no reply. We also contacted GuruWalk WhatsApp and got no reply - disappointed with lack of communication
Very disappointing as the guide never showed up. We messaged him earlier today to confirm we were attending, again shortly before the walk was supposed to start, and again at the starting time. We never got any responses. We ended up finding a self guided walking tour around the fort online and had our own great experience.
The first time this has happened to me that a Guru guide hasn't shown up!! Very disappointed to say the least.
I enjoyed the walk around the fort with lots of history and info from Malik.
Really liked the walk with Malik. He explains everything very thoroughly and you can ask him a lot of questions. Would recommend !
