Maria is fabulous! She’s one of the best guides we’ve had, and this is easily amongst more than 40 different walking tour guides that we’ve had! She was so good that I insisted we come stay in Alicante for a longer period of time just to soak it all in. Thanks a ton!

We enjoyed our GuruWalk in Porto. We have attended many of the GuruWalks, and this was firmly in the middle. It was informative and enjoyable, and we would go again using this tour company.
We really enjoyed getting to know about Casco Viejo and the history of it. Stephane also gave some really good recommendations for what to do and what to eat in the area. He had some smart tips (I won't give them away...you have to go on the tour to learn them) that we'll use before we leave. It was a good mix of history and exploration. Thanks, Stephane!
We went on a tour of Roma and La Condesa with Ulysses, and he was a very informative and entertaining guide. Even though we've been staying in La Condesa for a couple of weeks, we learned a lot about the area that we did not know. You can tell that Ulysses is very passionate about sharing his love of his country and the area with his walkers. He also was very mindful of the group. He handled a smoker who had lit up extremely tactfully, which the rest of us appreciated. There also was a walker who had difficulties walking, and he made sure he walked slowly and waited for that person to arrive before starting explaining each block. He had excellent insights into where to go and what to do as well as the tourist traps to avoid. Thank you very much, Ulysses/Warrior!
