Frederik was informative and professional. He provided everyone with interesting and detailed descriptions about local sights as well as terrific information about Bolognese food and its history. The tour included walking through small streets that had fascinating local food shops. At the end of the tour Frederik sent us links to sights and restaurants. Thoroughly enjoyed the experience.
