Had a very nice tour, very informative and engaging. Make sure to bring nice walking shoes because Lisbon has a lot of hills. The pastel de nata was a great treat in the middle of the tour.

Excellent tour with Felipe. Very fun and professional. Lots of great history and personalized tips for staying in Porto. Very extensive tour, so make sure you bring some water. Would definitely do again!

Several of us showed up at the expected time and place and there was no tour guide to be found…we also then messaged the company but no response.

Hello Johnny I'm Raul from Optimustours, Today the guide (Raquel) did show up at the meeting point. At 15:00 (Portuguese local time) she was at Praza Gómes Teixeira with her orange umbrella. I can assure you from other clients who have done the tour. The messages on Guruwalk we cannot answer them, as the platform works very badly and the messages sometimes arrive hours late, and that is not our fault, it is guruwalk's fault. But on Google or on our website we have our customer service phone number very visible.

Kopa was excellent! Fun, knowledgeable, approachable with questions and recommendations for local places/food/drinks, and does a great job keeping the group together. She’ll also tell you what’s worth lining up for and best times to go. I learned a lot on this tour and would definitely recommend her. She also does a drink tour apparently which I’d love to try some day
