Mein Name ist Thomas und ich komme aus Dänemark. Ich mache geführte Touren, weil ich nicht anders kann. Ein Guide zu sein ist kein Job, es ist ein Lebensstil. Ich bin seit 2005 an vielen Orten der Welt als Reiseleiter tätig, aber mein erstes Ziel war eigentlich Sao Miguel. Ich habe mich sofort verliebt und damals entschieden, dass ich eines Tages wieder hierher kommen werde. Seitdem mache ich free walking touren in Kopenhagen, Madrid, Hamburg, Prag und Aarhus. Aber jetzt bin ich zurück und nenne die Azoren mein Zuhause.
Thomas gave us a fantastic overview of the city centre of Ponta Delgada. We did the tour the day we landed and it helped us get our bearings for the area and learn some interesting history of the island. Thomas also gave us great recommendations for places to enjoy in the area.
Tina was an excellent guide. Fun, funny, and knowledgeable. Helped us understand this unique city and island.
