I was jonesing for history, and history did I get! Harry makes you feel the excitement and absurdity of Toulouse's history in every word, with fantastic gesticulations and a solid repertoire of jokes. He's a gifted orator. Three hours flew by and I have more questions now than when I started — always a sign that a history lesson has done its job properly, as there are a million rabbit holes to dive down. Well done Harry!
I planned my entire visit to Toulouse around this tour and it’s was the best I’ve ever been on. I can’t imagine how you can go to Toulouse and not go on this tour. It’s the most fun, informative, educational, enjoyable experience and absolutely not to be missed.
I loved Harry‘s tour he was entertaining from the moment we started. It is true. It’s a long haul but it’s a fascinating deep dive into some of the stories that you won’t hear on other tours. He goes beneath the skin of the story of the city and introduces you to some of the best and worst characters from the city’s past. I learned so much and would love to sit down for a chat with Harry and hear more of his stories. I’m sure I would not get a word in edgeways but I would have a great time. Thoroughly enjoyed this tour. One note of caution dress for the weather you’re outside all the time and although that’s obvious from it being a walking tour you should know that you will need protection from whatever weather is going on that day.
