Though I sadly don't remember his name, our guide was very pleasant, friendly and informative and presented the tour well. It was the right length and we didn't get too bogged down with information. He also had various visual aids to help with a lot of the history or information he was imparting. It was very interesting and enjoyable.
I found the tour a little boring - the information given was boring and the tour guide himself, though perfectly nice, had a boring enough personality and seemed unsure of himself a lot of the time. The guide also seemed to ignore me when doing the check-ins though he looked directly at me but continued with other people and then came to me last. I found this quite rude, especially when I was on my own so I didn't feel that welcome from the off.
Did the walking tour with Ángel on Fri, March 29th. He was a very pleasant, informative guide and very attentive to the children on the tour and engaged them well. Provided us all with headsets, etc, which was good for a 'free' tour.
