I would thoroughly recommend this different tour which not only takes you to beautiful landmarks in Barcelona but also makes you think on another level about what constitutes real happiness and all the little steps in our day to day that we need to think about.

Really enjoyed Aidan’s enthusiasm and how he stayed true to the purpose of the tour of combining history with his psychology expertise. He was also very thoughtful and intentional with his small token gifts and visuals. Highly recommended for anyone wants to experience a walking tour with a different perspective!

The tour was fantastic! Our guide was incredibly friendly and shared insightful information about the city, the study on happiness and how history connects to the research. I especially enjoyed walking through the various nature parks and participating in the meditation session.
