Nos encontramos con la situación de ser un grupo pequeño y nos sugirio hacerlo en Inglés y Castellano. Nunca he visto una destreza igual, al ir cambiando de idioma en cada frase. Te mantenía conectado en cada momento. El contenido muy apropiado e interesante.
Sandy provided a well organized tour path and provided excellent commentary in Spanish and English and encouraged participation.
The guru, Santi, was extremely unprofessional and rude. By the end of the tour, she threw tantrums, was coercive, threatened us, and was extremely passive aggressive after being misleading about her alleged payment policies that were not spelled out in confirmation emails. It took a while to find her until we reached out to her past the tour start time as she was not at the point of entrance where she indicated she’d be - all tour members were just waiting at the entrance wondering if she’d show up until we had to look around the park to find her. We left with the most unpleasant experience we’ve ever had on any tour or trip in general. No thanks.
The tour was very informative. Our tour guide Sandy, was able to deliver the story of Marbella by recounting the historical facts in a professional way and with humour when relevant. Sandy related the facts to actual physical examples that she took us to, such as reasons for street layout, siting of fountains and trees, and why buildings were located where they are. The pace was just right, and Sandy gave time for any questions, which she answered clearly, and checked that we understood before moving to the next part of the Old Town. An excellent tour.
