Santi was very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. She guided us with enthusiasm and was very well spoken, we thoroughly enjoyed our walking tour with Santi. After the tour Santi had some great ideas of things to do and places to go she also told us about the events taking place the weekend we stayed in Marbella.

I booked the 1400h tour at in the morning and received confirmation. At 1pm, while I was making my way to the meeting point, I received a WhatsApp message to say that since I was the only guest booked, they had to cancel it. Pity

Hi Shanti, You’re correct. You booked the 2pm tour at 11:33am the same day. We immediately informed you that we only had your booking request for that afternoon tour and unless we got more people we wouldn’t be able to run the group tour just for one person. The confirmation emails that you get are sent out automatically by the platform and in there it does state that we have a minimum required of participants in order to run it. We sent you a message as soon as we received your booking request letting you know of this and it’s truly a pity that even though we contacted you straight away after receiving your last minute booking request, we still got a one star review which doesn’t reflect the quality or actual content of the tour itself…

Sofie gave us a fun and informative tour, even after the other groups cancelled and it was just two of us. Would highly recommend.
