Lukas was very knowledgeable of the subject matter and was happy to answer my additional questions including unrelated information about Vienna more generally. Anna was incredible! Very friendly and began answering my questions patiently and enthusiastically before the tour even began. She clearly has a passion for her job and for the city of Vienna.
