J.R. was a fantastic tour guide who really helped us understand the foundations of the city and we visited Berlin for the first time. Even though he is not from that city, he was very knowledgeable and gave us a great introduction to Berlin. Would recommend!

JR was an open and warm character who drew our attention as much as the beauty of Berlin. What typified the experience for us was the unceasing honesty of JR which, when paired with his ability to communicate in a succint yet nonetheless comprehensive manner, made for a deeply human experience. JR is not a local, however a different perspective of the city from someone who has grown to love it rather than loved it for all eternity may be what you seek unknowingly.
