Oscar is personable and provides a lot of information about Montevideo and Uruguay. He's passionate about the city he lives in. We enjoyed the walking tour with Oscar.
We didn't appreciate being told to arrive 10 minutes early only to be told that tour would start 10 minutes AFTER the supposed start time. It's disrespectful to those that show up on time. Also, guides need to stress just how DANGEROUS Santiago Centro (especially Plaza de Armas) is in broad daylight while in a group setting.
