Dear Ana, We sincerely apologize once again that our walking tour couldn’t take place that day because the guide was unavailable. We informed you on time and even suggested an alternative free walking tour so you could still enjoy the city. You responded that you understood, so it is disappointing to see a negative review for a situation that was communicated transparently and on time. We always do our best to operate tours as planned, but occasionally cancellations are unavoidable. Leaving a negative review despite prior notice does not reflect the reality of the situation.
