We came from the UK and were visiting the US for the first time. We both were enamoured with John, our guide, as he was fully experienced and extremely knowledgeable regarding the Brooklyn Bridge and also all the surrounding areas and buildings. I must say we came away from the visit knowing much more about the American history than we already knew. We could not fault the tour at all.
Jon was very communicative. He engaged each member of the group. He pointed out so many sites of interest and offered interesting and fun facts throughout. On several occasions he offered to send us follow up information and pictures that he took. We hope to get them. He struck a good balance between being informative and entertaining. We give him a lot of credit for doing the tour on this particular day given he was in a lot of pain. He really didn’t it stop him. Thank you.
