Anant is a great guide with a lot of knowledge and he is really friendly! I did the streetfood tour, which was nice but not really what I expected. He did bring me to a variety of very nice food stalls, so that was really great. But he only explained about the food (which ingredients, how to make, when to eat, etc) if I asked it. And besides taking me to the food stalls, he took me inside (his friends') shops for silk, instruments and perfumes where I felt almost obligated to buy something. This should not be part of a food tour, unless maybe on request. He also took me to other places to explain for example about religion and other things. Very friendly, but again, not in a food tour unless requested. When I told him that this was how I felt, he said that it is otherwise difficult to fill 2,5 hours. So I recommended to do 1,5 then or explain more about the food. So all in all he is a very nice guide, if you're looking for a diverse tour with some tastings, I'd recommend it!
Anant es un Guia muy profesional. Nos llevó a sitios que habrían sido muy difíciles de ver de no haber sido por ser guía local. Imprescindible para entender Varanasi! Merece la pena
Un grupo de 3 amigos hicimos el tour con Anant. Hacer el tour con él nos ayudó a comprender mejor la cultura de Vanarasi. Nos llevó a muchos recovecos, tiendas y lugares que sin él no hubiéramos conocido ni entendido. Sin duda recomendamos hacer el tour con Anant. Es una persona amable y simpática, que se nota que disfruta de su trabajo y da lo mejor de sí mismo en el tour.
Anant provided an informative Walking tour of Varanasi. I learnt alot and visited many places that I would not have discovered if exploring alone. Varanasi was extremely busy during my visit and Anant did a great job at avoiding the crowds whenever possible. Would recommend!
¡Nuestro guía Anant fue magnífico! Anant nos hizo un tour muy completo y nos llevó a lugares a los que no habríamos sabido llegar solos como turistas. Trató aspectos de la cultura, de la religión y de las creencias de Benarés que nos hicieron entender la ciudad mucho mejor. Además, es una persona atenta, cercana y muy alegre, por lo que sus explicaciones se hacen muy livianas y entretenidas. Cuando el tour acabó, nos ayudó a movernos por la ciudad y a encontrar un tuk tuk que nos llevara de vuelta al hotel. ¡Totalmente recomendable!
