Worst tour ever. It was NOT a walking tour! Awful waste of time! Tour guide was nice, but he was put in a ridiculous situation with groups from at least 3-4 contracting companies ... all advertising different itineraries. We spent one hour on the Library. That's it
Yousef did not turn up
The whole guruwalks platform is fraud in Alexandria. Avoid it.
Yousef mislead us into thinking we were doing a local walking tour according to the program advertised online. I’m guessing there weren’t enough people, so he stuck us with a tour group coming from Cairo (who were 1.5 hours late), rushed through an hour in the library, then ditched us before going to the final stops. Don’t recommend this outfitter. If you want a tour of library sights, use one of the guides offered inside the library.
