I started my tour with them and first 15 minutes were super great ! Estref was super nice and funny and with such a cold weather also we had full energy because of him. However i met with a small accident in beginning of tour and i couldnt continue with it. However Estref was super kind to call ambulance and make sure i am well taken care in new country, I anyway give 10/10 to this

Very informative and entertaining. Esref was very friendly, helpful and willing to take time to answer any questions. There are always things that have to be missed in the limited time such walks have but it’s a great introduction and overview of Brussels.
