Upon your return, you'll taste 10 tapas paired with different wines, and the chef will explain the history of Spanish gastronomy through these tapas. You'll enjoy learning how to prepare a complete traditional Spanish menu: Seafood Paella, Spanish Omelette, and Crema Catalana.
