I am a young man eager to share the most incredible Cuban history and experiences. I do not pretend to be a company, only a friend you know in Havana and will show you the history of his country. My tour will always be 100% free to join, I would only collaborate with what I conceive of tips, but if you do not have tips no matter, I will still be happy to share with you and receive a hug along with your friendship, never money will be an impediment to knowledge, never knowledge will be commodity, that's my motto

Tour description

The Cuban Revolution is, without a doubt, a founding milestone in Cuba 's national narrative. In fact, it goes beyond the condition of an event to become the essence of a cultural identity . Everything that can be said about Cuba – its past or future – is projected from that January 1, 1959. 🙂

That crucial turning point that was the Revolution for the history of Cuba started a process that more than half a century later continues to arouse passions and antagonistic interpretations. For this reason, in order to be understood, The Cuban Revolution demands a more careful consideration of the context than any previous period in Cuban history.

Why did a revolution succeed in Cuba ? What is the Cuban Revolution ? What were the causes that led to it? How has Cuban life changed since 1959? Does the Revolution still exist? 🇨🇺
I will focus on the answers to these and other questions in this FreeTour in order to decipher the whole set of stories that make up Cuba .

This will not be a classic tour of Old Havana. In this tour I do not intend to show the material, but the immaterial and cultural aspects of Cuba: its history, changes, contexts and contradictions.

If you are interested in seeing the buildings and places in the historic center of Old Havana, this is not the right tour for you. You can see other FreeTour options that exist here on GuruWalk .

What is needed for the tour?
Few things: the desire to listen 👂, comfortable shoes 👟 , a bottle of water 🚰 , sunscreen🧴 and a hat or cap 👒🧢.

If you have any other questions, don't hesitate to write to me. 🤳😉
