Tour description
Hello everyone and welcome to Casablanca! I am Madi, your guide for this exceptional visit. Casablanca is much more than the city of Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman in the cult film. It is a city where tradition and modernity intersect, where colonial heritage blends with the development of a growing metropolis. I have always been passionate about discovering new places, the richness of cultures and the fascinating history that shapes each destination. My interest in tourism was born from my desire to help others understand and appreciate the heritage, traditions and beauty of the world around us.

Old City (Casablanca)
While the interior of the Medina can be narrow and tightly packed, the area outside the walls holds a mix of historical significance and local life. The Medina of Casablanca used to be a fortified area, and remnants of this history can still be felt as you explore. The space outside the walls used to be the old entrance to the city’s market, and the main gateways—like Bab Marrakesh—served as key points for trade and commerce in ancient times.
2
Outside visit
Rick’s Cafe
Rick’s Café Casablanca is a famous restaurant and bar inspired by the classic 1942 movie Casablanca, starring Humphrey Bogart and Ingrid Bergman. Located in the heart of Casablanca, it offers a nostalgic and elegant atmosphere with a blend of Moroccan and European design

Outside visit
La Sqala
The Sqala, originally built in the 18th century, is a fortification with robust walls and towers. It has a mix of Moroccan and European architectural influences. The ramparts provide a glimpse into Casablanca's military history, Climb the fortress walls or relax at the café situated within the Sqala to enjoy sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean and Casablanca’s bustling port. It’s a peaceful spot to take in the surroundings.
