Hello everyone! I am Valeria, Neapolitan, born and raised in the Spanish neighborhood and founder of Around with A Local. In love with Naples and a passionate student of its history, I love sharing who I am and what I know with travelers from all over the world. Graduated from the Oriental of Naples in Languages and Cultures, then I moved to Turin to specialize with a master's degree in International Communication for Tourism. A tireless traveler, I have dedicated my educational career to language learning and tourism. I love visiting places far from my native culture: That's why with Around with a Local we try to create a true cultural and human exchange between travelers. With the elevator we will reach Mount Echia, one of the most suggestive panoramic places of the city overlooking the Gulf of Naples. From here the Villa of Lucullus, an abandoned archaeological site, shrouded in an aura of mystery.
Towards the Lungomare, we will admire the Castel dell'Ovo, icon of the city, and the Borgo Marinaro. Here you can listen to the legends of ancient Partenope.
