Munich across ages walk - exploring the city centre

Welcome to Munich, my hometown and Germanys so called biggest village - a place you will embrace even more after a nice guruwalk through the centuries with me. 
Together, we will discover over 800 years of history and - even better - stories and gossip. Of course, you will pass all the most important spots of Munich city center. 

We‘ll start our tour at Munich‘s centre - Marienplatz: you‘ll right away find out why it has been the centre since Munich‘s early days.
This common walk will comprise very different places, some of those even unknown to locals. To mention only some, but not all of those:

- Marienplatz, centre of Munich
- St. Peter (Alter Peter), first church of Munich
- Alter Hof, medevial residence of the Bavarian rulers
- Frauenkirche, Church of Our Lady
- Promenadeplatz, Michael Jackson monument
- State Opera Munich
- the one and only - Munich Hofbräuhaus
- Viktualienmarkt, biggest food market

Our tour ends close to Viktualienmarkt and Marienplatz.
