Jaisalmer fort was founded in 12th century by maharawal jaisal.it took more then 200 years to complete. Fort is surrounded by three layer of thick wall with 99 bustion. It has one and only entrance with total four huge gate. There are sevan jain temple and more than ten Hindu temples are inside the fort. This fort was attacked twice by afgan in 13&14teen century.
