Our adventure begins near one of Porto's prettiest churches, the Igreja Santo Ildefonso. As we explore historic landmarks and charming streets above the river Douro, I'll introduce you to essential Portuguese pronunciation and greetings. I'll tell you about linguistic differences between European and Brazilian Portuguese and do it in a way that it's not too much to take in. Less is more, and will stick for longer.

Note: This is a 1.5-hour walking tour that covers a lot of ground, including hilly terrain, so be prepared for an active experience. Please note that while I offer plenty of tips and insider recommendations, snacks and drinks are not included. However, I’m happy to suggest great places to grab a bite afterwards!
