Tour description

We start our walking tour by the red Split sign. There I can show you the dimensions of the palace, tell you a few stories of who the emperor was, how and why he built the palace at that exact spot. Then we move to a model of the palace where you'll be able to see how it used to look like 305.AD and what is left of it today.
After that we walk through the massive substructures, imperial residence and Vestibul which will lead us to the main square Peristil. That place is something special because of the strong influence of another historical culture. After we see the square and the main gate I'll guide you through the little alleys so I can see how the look of the palace and city was formed through the centuries by the people living in it. Join us on a walking tour through the centuries of Split!
