As a former guide to Neuschwanstein Castle and now a passionate tour guide in Munich, I combine my interest in history and culture with the joy of introducing people to new places. With a focus on the bavarian history and culture, I will take you on a walking tour around the historic jewels in the historic city center of Munich.
With background informations about the most important BUILDINGS, the influential area of the BAVARIAN KINGDOM, the power of the CHURCH and of course the reasons, why Munich is especially famous for its BEER.
The tour will take around 2 hours. We will walk around the city center and also have some time for entering some buildings e.g. the Frauenkirche.
With an open ear for my guests' wishes and a touch of humor, I ensure that every tour is not only informative, but also entertaining and unforgettable.
I will be at the main entrance of the church called St. Peter. The church is right next to Marienplatz. I will be wearing leatherpants and a hat.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
