Mind, Body & Soul Enrichment Walks

Duration: 2h

Hello, fellow life explorers, my name is Andrew. I am an artistic soulprenuer who loves connecting with soulful people and nature. I have done much solo travelling in my life and so know exactly what it’s like to be a tourist. I now work primarily, as a therapeutic dance & life coach, integrating psychophysical and metaphysical wisdoms to help people dance with life more harmoniously. I am blessed to live in one of the most beautiful parts of Greater London. Richmond upon Thames. Which not only offers some incredible natural spaces such as the famous Richmond Park with its magnificent Red & Fallow deer but also a rich history of royalty, music and art. I am passionate about creating global communities where we not only appreciate our commonalities but also learn and grow from our diversities. Thereby finding more personal presence and peace in an overwhelmingly stimulated & stressful world.

Tour description

Hello life explorers, my name is Andrew.

I am an artistic soulprenuer who loves connecting with soulful people and nature. I have solo travelled much in my life and hence fully appreciate what it’s like to be a traveller.

Like any big city, London can be incredibly exciting but also stressful. So if you are looking for an alternative gentle, therapeutic and friendly walk that rejuvenates your mind and body whilst appreciating the scenic town and green spaces of Richmond, this your walk.

I am blessed to live in one of the most beautiful parts of Greater London, Richmond upon Thames. It not only offers some incredible natural spaces such as the famous Richmond Park with its magnificent Red & Fallow deer but also historical richness...royalty, music, art and many film locations such as: Ted Lasso, Bridget Jones, Bend It Like Beckham to name only a few.

My gentle walks combine simple embodied mindfulness, breathwork and meditation practices to help reduce stress and anxiety. Allowing people to feel a deeper sense of connection and safe belonging in the world. They are also an environment of open minded heart-centered connection to self, others and surroundings.

I am passionate about creating global communities where we, not only, come to appreciate our commonalities but also learn and grow from our diversities.

I look forward to meeting you and making global friendships.
