The Eptapyrgio - Yedi Kule Fortress is a landmark of Thessaloniki with a history of more than 700 years!
Eptapyrgio was in the beginning a fortress and then became a prison. It played a significant role in the history of city from the byzantine times until the recent years!
We are going to explore the monument, speak about the people that lived here, and narrate their lives their agonies and their hopes!
Also we are going to admire the astonishing view of the city from its peak!
The tour lasts 45 minutes!
