We will walk through the “Historic Center” of the City of Buenos Aires in the Center of it.
We will observe the historical, sculptural and architectural icons that distinguish it, such as the Church of San Francisco, the City Museum (Altos de Elorriaga), the Block of Lights: San Ignacio Church, National School of Buenos Aires, the Santo Domingo Complex , Paseo de la Historieta, Zanjón de Granados, the Casa Mínima, San Telmo Market, Plaza Dorrego and the San Pedro Telmo Church, where we will end the tour. We will also remember the historical figures who walked these streets, their lives and their work.
This historical approach to colonial Buenos Aires and its comparison with the current neighborhood can give us a broader vision of the Heritage that accompanies it along with its indisputable visual attractions.
I will be waiting at the Pyramid of May, on the side of the Casa Rosada, with a little flag with light blue and white scarves.
Free tours do not have a set price, instead, each person gives the guru at the end of the tour the amount that he or she considers appropriate (these usually range from €10 to $50 depending on satisfaction with the tour).
