Historic Centre. Where our history was born.
Tour description
We will walk through the “Historic Center” of the City of Buenos Aires in its center.
We will observe the historical, sculptural and architectural icons that distinguish it, such as the Church of San Francisco, the City Museum (Altos de Elorriaga), the Manzana de las Luces: San Ignacio Church, National College of Buenos Aires, the Santo Domingo Complex, Paseo de la Historieta, Zanjón de Granados, the Casa Mínima, San Telmo Market, Plaza Dorrego and the San Pedro Telmo Church. We will approach the Puerto Madero neighborhood and visit the iconic Puente de la Mujer, where we will end the tour. We will also remember the historical figures who walked these streets, their lives and their work.
This historical approach to colonial Buenos Aires and its comparison with the current neighborhood can give us a broader vision of the Heritage that accompanies it along with its indisputable visual attractions.
