Hello, my name is Joan Manuel, I am originally from Callao, the main port of Peru. I have a degree in Tourism Administration from the Universidad Nacional Mayor de San Marcos, Dean of America. I am very passionate about history, both in Peru and around the world. One of my greatest pleasures is football, both playing it and watching it on television. On the tour we will make various stops where you can find various typical Peruvian dishes. The cost of the dishes is the responsibility of each person, just as you are free to try whatever you like. Some of the dishes that you can enjoy are:
