Reus, it will surprise you. Modernism, Gaudí and much more.
Tour description
London, Paris... No, Reus. In the past, it was the city that, along with these other two, set the price of liquor. Now, it is the birthplace of vermouth. A benchmark commercial city, its cobbled pedestrian streets hide modernist treasures in every corner and countless stories.
Our route will start and end in the central Plaça Mercadal, the seat of the Town Hall. From there, we will walk through its streets that will take us to:
- The Priory of Sant Pere
- Old Fish Markets
- Gaudí's Birthplace
- Sant Joan Street
- Monterols Street
A route in which we will discover buildings such as the Rull house, the Gasull house or the Navàs House , some of the great works that Lluís Domènech i Muntaner has in the city, in addition to travelling back to the city's most medieval past.
I would love to suggest more routes and places where you can have lunch and dinner.
