Tour description

Do you want to have the best panoramic view of New York , the city of skyscrapers? Take this Free Tour to Hoboken, New Jersey .

Hoboken, NJ is known as New York's "6th District" due to its proximity. You will be able to see "Upper Manhattan", "Midtown Manhattan" and "Lower Manhattan" from the same place. We will help you identify iconic buildings such as the "Empire State Building", the "Chrysler" or the "One World", among others.

Our tour will go mainly along the riverside of the "Hudson River", so we will take the opportunity to tell many curiosities about this river and to see two bridges that cross it: the "Verrazano Narrows Bridge" , which connects the districts of Brooklyn and Staten Island, and the "George Washington Bridge" , which connects Manhattan with New Jersey.

Did you know that Frank Sinatra was born in Hoboken? In addition, the first baseball game in history was played in this town. We will review these and many other curiosities while enjoying spectacular views. We will probably be accompanied by Canadian geese, given that there are many in the city.

During our tour we will visit among other places:

  • Maxwell Place Park : Large green space on the riverside of the Hudson, with spectacular views and a place where the geese are usually cooling off. We will also see the "Hudson Beach" .
  • Elysian Park : which hides a scene from a famous movie.
  •  Place where the first baseball game in history was played.
  • Stevens Institute of Technology : Prestigious university for being one of the oldest in the United States. We will walk through its Campus and visit several buildings of the famous Brotherhoods .
  • Castle Point Observation Terrace : Highest point in the city, where you will have spectacular views of Manhattan.
  • Frank Sinatra Statue : Take a movie-picture with the artist on the riverside of the Hudson.
  • Erie-Lackawanna  Hoboken Terminal : Amazing train station since 1907, very well preserved and that will be our final point of the visit.
  •  And... many more curiosities and topics related to history!
