Hello everyone! I'm Will, founder of Trajectour 😊 My story with tours started 10 years ago when my love for communication lead me to show different cities and activities both in South America and Europe. I moved to the Netherlands almost 5 years ago, and Utrecht stole my heart right away. It had everything in perfect balance! it's an old city with a really nice fresh vibe; big, but as charming as a small village; busy, but always offering fun things to do: so cute and well decorated, yet so honest and authentic. I worked as guide in different places in the Netherlands, and as you could imagine, no chances for me to be a tour guide when pandemic started. I refuse to stop discovering the city, and I started to work as courier inspector for a delivery company, which allowed me to ace my biking skills, see all the behind the scenes from Utrecht bar and restaurants, and most importantly discover every little corner of the city both geographically and historically. I love this city and I want to share this passion with you by showing places and stories that make utrecht, Utrecht. Looking forward to meeting you and having tons of fun. Your guru, Will.

Trajectum is the name of a small Roman fort built in 50 AD to mark and protect the northern border of the empire. Together with this fort the history of this wonderful city called Utrecht begins to be written.

How did that small fort become one of the most modern and innovative cities in the Netherlands and all of Europe?

Join me on this walk, let's answer this and many more questions together and enjoy the most beautiful and interesting places that a city so full of history has to offer.

Don't let its age fool you! This place I call home continues to be a vibrant and lively city with a huge variety of cultural, recreational and gastronomic offerings that you cannot miss.

I'll wait for you at Vredenburg Square (at the intersection of Vlaamse Toren and Hollandse Toren) a few meters from the bus stop with the same name.
