Tour description

Tour of the 3 residential boardwalks of Barranco and each of its 8 parks and mansions with their respective stories and curiosities where each of the visitors will be able to enjoy at each stop the angles of the shapes of the cliffs with views towards the beaches of the Costa Verde circuit in a south and north direction.

The route will start in the neighboring "Bicentenario" Park in Miraflores as a reference to what will be pre-walked crossing the Arméndariz ravine on the Reducto Bridge , but not before looking towards the bordering cliff that leads to the final descent of the extensive Lima Expressway .
At the entrance of the route you can see the front of the Museum of Contemporary Art (former Barranco zoo), the Family Park and the "de los Héroes" Park near the Paul Harris Boardwalk , reaching the halfway point at the Alameda Saenz Peña del Malecón Souza, continuing through the " Malecón de los Ingleses" Park to finally reach the emblematic Bridge of Sighs , Bajada de Baños, the central park of Barranco and its surroundings.
[ NOTE: An additional 10 optional points of visit will be included when choosing or extending within the finalized total route to the Beaches or to the Malecón Grau de Chorrillos, please read the Itinerary list]

At some points in the Parks, the Malecons and the Alameda Sáenz Peña there will be a few short minutes of pause and rest to hydrate, eat a snack, *Have breakfast/have a coffee/taste chocolates, liqueurs (*only at "la Espiga de Oro" or "Dédalo" ) and to go to the bathroom (in some available/with prior notice) so it is recommended to be a good walker for an optimal and healthy tour of approximately 4 hours of pure tourist satisfaction and a unique experience in the sea breeze above the sea.

REMEMBER: On this tour it is recommended to wear good walking shoes. Not all of the Urban City Tour will be a constant 4-hour walk, the rest periods will be divided from 5 to 10 minutes, even during the break to have breakfast/lunch/dinner on the route. On this tour, the itinerary and start times can be modified/customized at the Traveler's suggestion on the same day without having to cancel at the last minute. In the case of Senior Travelers or Adults with children, there will be the option of picking them up at their accommodations and taking them directly to the meeting point as long as it is in Barranco itself or in the districts of Miraflores and San Isidro.
